A: We go to great lengths to ensure the security of your orders and all orders are transmitted over a secure connection. Our online store is maintained on a secure server and no credit card details are stored on our systems.
A: For customers from inside the European Union, the VAT on adult clothing and souvenirs is included at the standard UK rate of 20%. Children’s clothing and books are exempt from VAT in the UK and so no tax is added to the price. Customers outside the European Union will see prices inclusive of VAT, but this will be recalculated when you checkout.
Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.
A: Every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are readily available. However, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock. If an item is permanently out of stock we will generally remove the item from sale.

We believe that our prices represent the best customer value, regardless of the currency. Please do note however that the prices shown are fixed and do not follow currency exchange rates.
